What sizes and styles of light-up letters, numbers, and features do you offer for weddings and events?

We offer a wide range of marquee letter and number options for weddings and events across Adelaide. Choose from our full-size 1.2 m or compact 60 cm LED letters and numbers, including custom initials, “LOVE”, and “MR & MRS” floor-standing signs (91 cm tall × 4.5 m wide). We also provide a stunning 2.4 m × 3.7 m Light-Up Heart Arch and bold 1.2 m Neon Frames with over 25,000 colours—perfect for photo ops or feature displays.

What’s the difference between 60 cm and 1.2 m letters?

Our 1.2 m LED letters are bold, eye-catching features—ideal for entrances, dance floors, or behind the bridal table. The 60 cm letters are perfect for tighter spaces like cake tables, gift tables, or small bars. Both sizes are available in classic warm white or upgraded to colour-changing LEDs.

Can I upgrade to colour-changing LED lights?

Yes! Our Globe Swap Option lets you upgrade any 1.2 m or 60 cm marquee letters, MR & MRS lights, or the Heart Arch to multi-colour LED bulbs. These are remote-controlled, so you can choose the perfect glow to match your wedding or party theme.

How do your neon frames work?

Our 1.2 m neon frames are app-controlled and fully customisable. Choose from 25,000+ colours and effects like strobe, pulse, and fade. We offer full A–Z letters, 0–9 numbers, “#” and heart symbols. Lightweight design allows for rigging above stages, bars, or backdrops.

Can the light-up letters and neon signs be used for daytime and night time events?

Absolutely! Our warm white globes and neon frames are designed to look elegant in natural light and glow brilliantly at night, creating the perfect photo-ready backdrop around the clock.

How many characters can I display in the 1.2 m letters?

Each set supports up to 10 characters. Longer words or phrases can be arranged across multiple sets. You can mix and match letters, numbers, symbols, and even neon frames.

Are the light-up letters weatherproof?

Our products are designed for indoor and covered outdoor use. While they’re splash-resistant, they are not waterproof—so we recommend placing them under cover if rain is forecast for your Adelaide event.

Booking & Payment

How do I secure a booking?

Enquire online → receive quote & link → pay 25% non‑refundable deposit → balance due 14 days before event.

What is the booking fee?

A 25% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. This fee covers the reservation of your date and any planning or coordination work completed to that point.

Do you offer any discounts for multiple items?

Setup & Installation

How long does setup and pack‑down take?

What are the power requirements?

All our lighting products are tested and tagged to meet Australian electrical safety standards. 1.2 m light-up letters use approximately 50W each 60 cm letters and numbers use around 20W each Neon frame characters require 10–20W per character We supply all necessary power cords and adapters. You simply need to provide access to a standard 10A power outlet within 10 metres of the setup area.

Can I request on‑site assistance during the event?

Yes—first‑hour monitoring available for an hourly fee.

Yes! You can hire any word up to 10 characters, two-digit numbers, hashtags (#), or heart symbols. We also take requests for bespoke lettering or signage for weddings, engagements, and corporate events across Adelaide.

Can I request a custom font or unique design for neon signage?

Yes—for neon signs (minimum 5 characters), we can replicate custom fonts, names, or logos. Send us your artwork or inspiration—we’ll guide you through the design specs for a stunning personalised piece.

Can the Heart Arch or letters be styled with florals, drapes, or uplighting?

How far in advance should I book your light-up letters or neon signs?

We recommend booking: 8–12 weeks in advance during peak season (September–March) 4–6 weeks in off-peak months For custom neon signs or bespoke words, allow up to 12 weeks for production and planning.

What is your policy on lost or damaged items?

Clients agree to fully cover the cost of repair or replacement if items are lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. We’ll always discuss this clearly before your event.

What does my venue need to provide?

Just a flat, stable surface and access to a standard 10A power outlet (one per 5 letters or neon signs). If you’re unsure, send us a photo or floorplan—we’ll help assess.
