What size is the white wedding jumping castle?

Our elegant inflatable castle measures 5.5 m x 5.5 m with a height of 5 m. It's one of the largest white wedding castles for hire in Adelaide, making it perfect for photo opportunities, romantic moments, and playful fun. A minimum setup space of 7 m x 7 m with at least 5.5 m clearance is required for safety and anchoring.

Is it suitable for adults and older kids?

Yes! This isn’t your average party castle. Our white wedding jumping castle is designed with a weight limit of 500 kg, making it suitable for adults, big kids, and bridal parties. It’s perfect for group photos, bouncing with the bridal party, or simply enjoying a fun moment with guests.

Is it safe and professionally installed?

Absolutely. We’re serious about safety. The castle is securely anchored using commercial-grade ground stakes or sandbags, and we provide safety mats at the entrance. All electrical components are tested and tagged to Australian standards, and the unit is cleaned and sanitised before every event.

Is the wedding jumping castle weatherproof?

It is made from durable, UV-resistant materials and can be used outdoors or under marquees. However, for safety reasons we cannot install in heavy rain or high winds (over 25km/h). We’ll work with you to reschedule or relocate if poor weather is forecast.

How do I book the wedding jumping castle?

It’s easy: Submit your enquiry online Receive your quote and availability Pay a 25% non-refundable booking fee to secure your date Final balance is due 14 days prior to your event Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, direct bank transfer, and cash payments. A tax invoice will be provided upon request.

Setup & Logistics

What type of surface can the wedding castle be installed on?

The castle can be set up on: Grass (preferred) Concrete or paved surfaces (with sandbags) Timber decking (with protection sheets) Indoors (with sufficient height clearance) We do not recommend setup on gravel, soft sand, steep slopes, or wet/muddy ground. If unsure, just send us a site photo.

How long does setup take?

Setup usually takes 30–45 minutes, and pack-down is typically 30 minutes. We'll coordinate with your venue or wedding planner to ensure a smooth process.

What are the power requirements?

One standard 10A power outlet within 20 m of the setup site is required. We supply: All cables and power boards RCD safety switch Heavy-duty, quiet running blower If power is not available, generator hire is available upon request.

Can I request staff to supervise the castle during the event?

Yes—we offer professional supervision at an hourly rate for peace of mind, especially for children’s play or high-traffic times.

Do I need to supervise if I don’t hire a staff member?

Yes. If you opt not to hire a supervisor, you must nominate a responsible adult to monitor use at all times. We’ll provide a quick safety briefing at setup.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes. Adelaide Starlight Entertainment holds $10 million in public liability insurance, and all our operators are trained in event safety and installation.

Is there a damage bond or security fee?

We may request a refundable bond for certain bookings. You’re responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Clear care instructions will be provided.
